Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 26, 2026
Welcome to La Chingona Trucking. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our transport services. By booking a shipment with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
La Chingona Trucking is a motor carrier (not a broker) operating in the state of Texas. We provide vehicle transport services including Dealer Trades, Auction Recovery, and Private Party Transport.
2. Customer Responsibilities
By booking a transport, you certify that:
-
Accuracy: All information provided (Pickup/Drop-off locations, Vehicle Year/Make/Model) is accurate.
-
Vehicle Condition: You must accurately disclose the condition of the vehicle. If a vehicle is listed as “Running” but does not start or drive upon our arrival, we reserve the right to charge an Inoperable Fee ($50-$100) or cancel the shipment.
-
Keys: Keys must be available at the time of pickup.
-
Personal Items: Personal items left in the vehicle are not covered by our insurance and are shipped at your own risk. The vehicle must not be loaded with household goods that obscure the driver’s view or exceed weight limits.
3. Pricing and Payment
-
Quotes: Quotes generated by our online calculator are estimates based on the mileage and data provided. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual mileage or vehicle condition differs significantly.
-
Payment: Payment is due upon booking or upon delivery (COD), as agreed in your specific invoice.
-
Cancellations:
-
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable.
-
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a $100 Dry Run Fee.
-
4. Pickup and Delivery Times
While we strive for same-day or next-day service, all pickup and delivery dates are estimates. Delays due to weather, traffic, road conditions, or mechanical failure are possible. La Chingona Trucking is not liable for costs associated with rental cars or loss of use due to transport delays.
5. Insurance and Liability
We carry commercial cargo and liability insurance as required by the FMCSA and Texas DOT.
-
What is Covered: Damage caused by driver negligence, collision, or equipment failure during transport.
-
What is NOT Covered: Damage caused by “Acts of God” (hail, floods, storms), minor road debris (rock chips), or mechanical failure of the transported vehicle (e.g., a car that won’t start after transport due to a bad battery).
-
Inspections: A pre-trip and post-trip inspection will be conducted. Any claims for damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Burnet County, Texas.
